Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your request has been reviewed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
